Educational service

Crown & Glow is a non-accredited beauty and self-care education program. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cosmetology licensing or professional cosmetic-formulation certification.

Accounts and access

Your account is for the registered member. Keep your password private and do not redistribute private course pages, downloadable guides, member notes or community materials. We may suspend access for account sharing, fraud, abusive conduct, chargebacks made in bad faith, or serious violations of these terms.

Secure payment processor

Payments are processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Afrikan Beaute does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code. Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to its payment service.

One-time packages

A one-time package is charged once at the price and currency displayed at checkout. The package page states whether it includes digital course access, a physical kit, or both. The current suggested course-access period is 365 days unless a different period is clearly shown before purchase.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

A subscription renews automatically at the displayed interval and price, plus applicable taxes, until canceled. The checkout page identifies the recurring amount and interval before payment. Members can manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation through the secure Stripe customer portal. Unless your final policy says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and does not create a partial-period refund.

Price changes

Existing subscribers should receive reasonable advance notice of a recurring-price change and any legally required choice or consent before the changed amount is charged.

Physical kits, shipping and delivery

For packages containing a physical kit, the shipping address and phone number may be collected during checkout. Publish the countries served, shipping charges, estimated dispatch time, duties, damaged-item process and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons before accepting live orders.

Refund and cancellation policy

[REPLACE THIS SECTION BEFORE LAUNCH] State the exact refund window for digital course access, the return conditions for unopened kits, who pays return shipping, how damaged or missing items are reported, and whether downloaded or substantially consumed digital content is refundable. Do not launch live payments until this policy is complete and consistent with applicable consumer law.

Safety and results

Patch test unfamiliar ingredients, follow commercial product labels, and do not store homemade water-containing cosmetics without appropriate formulation, preservation and testing. Stop use when irritation occurs. Hair and scalp experiences vary; no particular growth, medical, cosmetic or financial result is guaranteed.

Community conduct

Members must communicate respectfully, protect other members’ privacy, avoid medical claims, and not sell or solicit inside the community without permission.
